Convenience, Security and Easy Access

One parking space is limited to the parking of a licensed vehicle in the Residential Parking Area shall be allocated to each residential unit (two for a double unit) and shall be a limited common element appurtenant to such residential unit. If additional spaces are purchased, they shall become a limited common element appurtenant to that residential unit. Only residents and immediate family members are authorized to park in the garage. Any unauthorized parking in the garage area will be subject to towing of the owner's vehicle solely at their responsibility expense. All Care Givers and Contractors are required to park in the lower contractors parking lot. Parking in the garage or around the circle is prohibited by anyone other than residential owners. 

A speed limit of no more than five miles per hour must be maintained throughout the complex, including garages. 

No recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or mobile homes may be stored on the premises at any time for any reason. 

Washing of vehicles will not be permitted within the garage or in any of the parking areas.
