Employees

No employee of the Breyer Estates or the One Breyer Estates Management organization shall be requested by any unit owner, tenant, mortgagee or other occupant of the building to perform any personal service for said person not in line of the duties prescribed for such employee by the Association and or the Management company. 

Association employees are not permitted to perform any work inside a unit unless reauthorized by Management. All emergencies must be reported to Management via the office of the emergency telephone number.

Tipping of any Breyer Estates employee for any ordinary and normal service is discouraged. Tipping for the extraordinary service is to be at the discretion of the individual.
