The Elevators Provide Excellent Convenience for all Owners and Guests.
We encourage you to take advantage of our elevators, but it should be noted that trunks, heavy baggage and furniture shall be taken in and out of the building only via the freight elevator through the garage service entrance.
No furniture, goods or freight shall be delivered into or taken out of the building without having first made prior arrangements with an approval from management. In the event that such arrangements are not made, the management has the right to refuse the delivery thereof.
