Information Regarding Swimming Pool Memberships at Breyer Estates

In order to enjoy the facility, you must purchase Pool Memberships prior to the summer season. The residents who were Pool Members last year (2021) will be given first priority to join for the 2022 Season if they should rejoin by May 17th. There is a seasonal fee of $400 per household for both new and former members, however, early sign-ups for new members will have a reduced initiation fee of $100 and must sign-up before May 24th. You may visit the main office or electronically fill out the form below in order to obtain you/your family's membership. Members may purchase guest coupons from the Management Office Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Each coupon is $2.00 and no charge is required for children under the age of three years. All members are limited to 4 guests a day.

Pool Procedures & Regulations

No one is admitted to the pool area without showing the lifeguard their membership card(s).
Members may purchase guest coupons from the Management Office Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Each coupon is $2.00.
Lifeguard will take one coupon per guest during the week and two coupons per guest on weekends.
If you bring a guest, you must register them on the sign-in sheet and should write the members name and the date on each coupon.
Upon entering the pool, residents must present their guest coupon(s). Coupon(s) will be removed per guest from the booklet.
All members are limited to 4 guests a day.
Members must be with their guest(s) at all times.
No children are admitted to swim unless they are potty trained. Absolutely no diapers.
No eating, drinking or smoking in the pool area.
No pets are permitted in the pool area.
Unit owners must be current with all maintenance fees and assessments to qualify for use of the facility.
All members must leave pool area during lifeguard's half hour break.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in a fine no less than $100 and may result in forfeiture of privileges.
