All radio, television, phonograph, audio or other electrical equipment of any kind including washers, dryers, space heaters and sun lamps shall comply with all rules, requirements and regulations according the Public Authorities. 

When a unit is to be vacated for a period of 72 hours or longer, the water valves should be turned off by the use of the flood watch equipment or by turning off the main shut-off valves in the unit. 

At no time while in possession of a unit, may an Owner/Resident disconnect the phone service in that unit. Active phone service in every unit is essential for the fire protection system and floodwatch system in that unit as well as the entire buiding.
