Community Room & Private Parties
Private parties will be confined to an individual unit owner's unit and may not be moved into the common elements. However, private parties may be held in the Community Room with the permission of Management and upon reservation. Permission and reservation shall be requested at a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the date on which the party is to be held. Any permission granted by management for parties in the Community Room shall be held at discretion of management.
Noise levels during parties must be regulated with regard for all neighbors. Authorized parties and gatherings may not continue beyond 12 AM midnight.
Responsibility for damage to furnishing, decor, appliances etc. shall be borne solely by the unit owner in whose name the room was reserved.
A fee of $100 must be paid in advanced to the manager for the exclusive use of the Community room to cover the additional costs to the Breyer Estates Condominium Association. Until the fee is paid the reservation is not valid.
At any time the room is used, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring unit owner to make certain that the room is left in good condition.
Gambling of any kind is prohibited by the law of Pennsylvania and is therefore prohibited while using the Community Room.
